Tasting Notes:
Young, violet-red in color, with an intense, fruity aroma and a slight floral touch. In the mouth, it has a medium-bodied attack with a strong flavor of red fruits and a long and persistent finish, although very smooth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with game meat, roasted and grilled red meats, cheese and charcuterie.
