Grapes destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. 3 months aging in bottle.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Clear, garnet red colour. Intense aroma of ripe fruit. Fruity in the mouth, soft, with well balanced tannins.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16-18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with grilled meat and cheese.
