Product details
Hand-harvested during the second week of October. Fermented in French oak vats at 25°C for 12 days, followed by maceration. Aged in new 225-liter French and American oak barrels for 24 months. Bottled without filtration or stabilization, a slight sediment may form.

Touriga Franca,Alicante Bouschet,Petit Verdot
Tasting Notes:
Ruby color, deep aroma with notes of jam, blackberry, and cocoa. Concentrated and elegant on the palate, with quality toast, providing great harmony.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.

Goes well with red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
