Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour, opaque and concentrated. Complex and sophisticated aroma of flowers, cassis and jam. On the palate, it's ripe, with firm tannins and body, enveloping and secure. Very long and deep, always growing at the end of the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC
Food Pairing:
Great with red meat dishes and well flavoured.
