Winemaking:
Complete skin maceration. Fermentation at 28ºC. Ageing in new French oak for 1 year.

Trincadeira,Aragonêz

What stands out is the freshness that embraces the whole, everything very clean and on the same qualitative level, showing an enviable harmony of aromas and flavours. Fine and delicate complexity, aromatic herbs, ripe fruit that is almost chewy (cherry, strawberry), a touch of liqueur and spices.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

Contains sulphites.
