Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet red. Presence of very ripe black fruits already very well matched with the aromas transmitted by the intense toast of the French oak barrels where it aged. The set conveys a complex and striking aromatic balance. Spices and black chocolate notes well integrated into the remaining aromas. Very soft, warm, full-bodied, with an evident presence of black fruits and very ripe plum with excellent balance with the toast of the barrel. It still denotes youth, with tannins and acidity present in the mouth. End of tasting remarkably persistent, where complexity and balance are the most striking characteristics, with notes of toast from the barrel, dark chocolate and spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent match for meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheeses.
