Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
The careful and light maceration allowed us to obtain a medium-concentration red, with an aroma where elegance prevails over power and the barrel helps the whole, without overpowering it. Polished and very harmonious in the mouth, with just the right acidity and fine tannins, making for an excellent tasting experience.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with red meat dishes and grilled white meat.
