Tasting Notes:
Aromas of black fruits with notes of camphor, with an excellent combination of light fresh vegetables. In the mouth it presents an intense structure with good tannins, well balanced that highlights the freshness of the schist soils characteristic of Borba. Long and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
