Dominated by aromatic freshness, in a balance between balsamic and wild red fruit notes. Firm mouth structure, with integrated freshness and gastronomic texture.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-17ºC. This wine can be consumed immediately after bottling or it can be stored for at least 10 years.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany red meats cooked in the oven, game or traditional desserts.
