Manual and mechanical harvest at night. Grapes conserved for 12 hours in a refrigeration chamber at 0ºC. Partial crushing. Grapes are fully stripped from bunches. Cold pre fermentative maceration at 4°C for 1 day. 40% of batch aged in French oak barrels for 9 months.

Touriga Nacional,Syrah,Aragonêz,Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes:
Dark red colour, opaque and with violet tones. Very aromatic nose with full varietal expression, mainly from the Touriga and Syrah. Lots of red and black fruit, fresh, mineral and with well integrated barrel, to bring out the intensity of the varieties. Notes of menthol, cassis and truffle. In the tasting reveals attack full of volume, elegant and persistent tannins. Very elegant with mineral finish. Ideal to drink now or to save for the next five years.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
