Aging on fine lees, 40% in stainless steel vats, 60% in used barrels. For a minimum of 8 months.

Tasting Notes:
Fresh red fruit notes stand out in the aromatic profile, as well as the complexity of the forest floor aromas. In the mouth it is firm, with present and integrated tannins and a very balanced finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-17ºC. This wine can be consumed immediately after bottling or it can be stored for at least 10 years.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany red meats cooked in the oven, game or traditional desserts.
