Manual harvest. Total destemming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 26/27ºC.

Tasting Notes:
A striking aromatic wine, very austere with a mineral complex and vibrant presence with excellent tannins and freshness. An uncompromising red, dry and firm, full of character and race.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with appetizers, red meats and cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
