Manual harvest with selection on a sorting table. Total destemming with passage through a mass exchanger. Fermentation takes place in small tanks at controlled temperature. After fermentation, it is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Concentrated garnet color. Aromas of wild berries, homemade jams, light toast. In the mouth it is round and polished, with latent, tasty tannins, denoting youth. With a traditional profile, it finishes long and elegant. Great aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Perfect for typical Alentejo lamb, other oven-roasted dishes or seasoned grilled meats.
