Winemaking:
The grapes begin fermentation in marble "lagares" with foot treading, followed by malolactic fermentation in concrete vats, with temperature control. Aging for one year in 5000 L French oak vats, followed by a minimum of 2 years in bottle.

Bright garnet colour, intense aroma with notes of ripe plum, fresh coffee and dark chocolate. Balanced. With an elegant structure that reflects the identity of the variety in its vineyard of origin.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
