This red wine is a profound and unusual expression of the grape variety. Alicante Bouschet, sourced from vines over 70 years old and using a unique approach: a blend from two years' harvest (2018 and 2019), with aging in old Italian wine barrels. The result is a very limited edition, highly complex and profound, marked by elegance and authenticity.

Tasting Notes:
Intense and multifaceted, with notes of ripe black fruit, damp earth, resin, spices, and balsamic hints. Firm texture, silky tannins, great structure and freshness. A red wine of enormous sophistication and longevity, with a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 15-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, game dishes (wild boar, venison), wild mushrooms and aged cheeses. Also suitable for long-term cellaring.
