Product details
Vinification is done in a cement vat, half crushed and half whole grapes. When the blanket is lifted, it is removed and pressed in a vertical press. It is aged in Port wine barrels and cement vats. The average age is 4 years.

Golden tone. Deep aroma, with nuances of sweet-tasting fruits, highlighting figs and quince, with notes of dried fruits. On the palate, it reveals opulence and generosity, maintaining a remarkable balance and a wealth of exceptional aromas.
Store and Serve Advices:
Stored in a cool, dry and dark place, without temperature variations, and the bottle must remain in an upright position. Being a natural product, Port Wine is subject to deposits as it ages. Once opened, it should be consumed within 2 to 4 months. The deadlines suggested here are merely indicative, not implying deterioration of the wine but only a slow evolution that can lead to the loss of its original sensory characteristics. Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Served fresh, plain or with dried fruit, it is the perfect aperitif. The well-balanced sweetness gives it the perfect character to accompany foie-gras dishes and fresh desserts, such as fruit and ice cream. Enjoy with vanilla bavaroise with plum syrup or with apricot ice cream. The multiplicity of possible harmonies is superb, giving the consumer the pleasure of searching for new flavours.
