Store and Serve Advices:
Store between 16º and 18º. Ideally, it should be kept upright, away from direct light and excessive humidity. Serve between 8º and 10º to prevent any aromas from escaping.

Food Pairing:
A salad of fresh figs with ham. A delicious grilled halibut with an almond crust. Dishes based on tropical fruits, such as a mango and papaya carpaccio.
