Winemaking:
This Port is made out of traditional white grape varieties. This type of Port is made using the same procedures as for other Ports but allowing fermentation to continue for longer before the fortification.

Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina,Donzelinho Branco,Viosinho,Gouveio

Tasting Notes:
Gold-pale colour. Young, fresh, sweet, fruity, medium full body, very balanced, persistent sweet finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It can be appreciated as an aperitif or on any other occasion. Ideal accompaniment to nuts, cheeses or deserts.
