Product details

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand and cultivated sustainably from their own vineyards. The grapes were destemmed and crushed. Fermented on native yeasts, with temperature control in stainless steel. After fortification with brandy, it was blended with other vintages for an average of 5 years in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:
Medium straw colour. Sweet honey flavour, nuances of white fruit reminiscent of pear or apple jam. On the palate it's thick and rich, with the fruitiness predominating. Full-bodied and sweet finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 4 to 6 weeks. Ready for consumption; do not need decantation. Should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.

Food Pairing:
Serve as an aperitif with melon and ham.
