Tasting Notes:
Bright lemon yellow colour. Complex and very elegant, with citrus notes, white-fleshed fruit and subtle floral notes in perfect harmony with aromas of barrel toast and beeswax, provided by the ageing in barrels and progressive battonages. A structured and creamy wine, but with an elegance typical of our terroir. Its vibrant acidity and subtle saline touch provide a very long and persistent finish.
