Manual harvest. Total destemming, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Aging for 12 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Serve between 8°C-10°C.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with light meals such as fish dishes, sea-food and salads. However, its potential is also shown when enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif.
