Whole bunch pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 10/12ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Sauvignon Blanc

Mineral and fresh wine. Notes of tropical fruit with some hints of more vegetal aromas. Unctuous wine with a good balance of acidity.
