After 20 to 30 seconds, its burning overpowers everything. This sauce is a delicious marinade of Bhut Jolokia with sweet pepper (to reduce to the bombastic effect). Ingredients: Red Sweet Pepper, Vinegar, Bhut Jolokia Pepper 4%, Salt. No dyes or preservatives. Shelf life: 3 years (with appropriate storage).
