In wine presses with foot treading and pigeage. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and then aged for 12 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby color, with aromas of black fruit, notes of black pepper and licorice. In the mouth it is voluminous, full-bodied with vigorous tannins complemented by good acidity, which leads to a long and fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with dishes with strong aromas and flavors, such as traditional lamb, black pork and game dishes.
