Trincadeira from old dryland vines over 50 years old. Manual Harvesting for small 12kg boxes. Grapes cooled in a cold room to 12ºC before being vinified. Pre-fermentative maceration and fermentation in a marble press with foot treading at a controlled temperature. Aged 15 months in 300L and 500L French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby color with slight evolution, elegant aromas with red fruits and some fresh vegetables, some nuances of toast and spices. In the mouth it reveals freshness and some elegance, with present but refined tannins and a long-lasting finish with good persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
It is an excellent companion for black pork dishes, grilled or stewed, and its elegance and earthy flavours make it a great partner for mushroom risotto or tagliatelle with truffles, for example.
