Careful selection of grapes with spontaneous development of the noble variant of the fungus Botrytis cinerea, providing a distinct base of acidity and complexity. Light and precise vertical pressing, followed by clarification and fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Final fermentation and aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and in used Hungarian oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Bright gold color. Intense and deep aroma, with notes of apricot, peach in syrup, orange peel and honey. In the mouth it manages to combine intensity with elegance, excellent balance of sweet and acidic aspects, long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with red and oven-baked meats and soft cheeses.
