Product details

Winemaking:
Careful selection of grapes (in the field and in the winery) with spontaneous development of the noble variant of the fungus Botrytis cinerea, providing a distinct base of acidity and complexity. Light and precise vertical pressing, followed by clarification and fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Final fermentation and aging on fine lees in used Hungarian and French oak barrels.

Roupeiro,Arinto,Semillon
