Product details

Winemaking:
Petit Manseng vineyard inoculation with Botrytis Cinerea Fungus. Vintage at November 18th with selection of grapes infected with “botrytis”. All-bunch pressing in pneumatic press. Selected yeasts inoculation. Slow fermentation at low temperatures about 2 months. Aged 24 months in second year French oak barrels.
