Late Harvest wines are unfortified sweet wines in which the grapes are harvested later and undergo a dehydration process, concentrating the sugar and modifying the aromas.

Grape Varieties:
Antão Vaz,Arinto

Tasting Notes:
Reveals all its exuberant tropical fruit aromas with some citrus notes so typical of the grape varieties. Good structure, engaging and great persistence.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 11-12ºC.

Food Pairing:
It may be used as an accompaniment to foie-gras or any sweet and sour appetiser. Also perfect with sweet desserts.
