Olive oil, of superior category, was obtained directly from the olive by means exclusively mechanical, having subsequently been packed and sealed, following the methods and regulations of the certifying entity that guarantees the authenticity.

Tasting Notes:
Greenish-yellow colour. Fruity and sweet aroma. The palate presents a complex balance of bitter, spicy and sweet.
Storage:
This is an entirely natural product; in low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
Perfect Serve:
It is ideal for salads, marinades and as a condiment for fish and pasta. It's also delicious with some fresh bread before a meal.
