The grapes were harvested manually in the first days of November and carefully separated on the sorting table. The must was inoculated with selected yeasts and the long fermentation at low temperatures was interrupted in order to maintain an adequate level of residual sugar, followed by an 18-month aging period in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Golden in colour, presents enormous aromatic intensity and complexity, with notes of quince, apricot and orange standing out surrounded by a high-quality barrel. In the mouth the register is equally complex and rich, the sweetness is perfectly balanced by the good acidity, the aftertaste is quite long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 9-12 º C.
Food Pairing:
Starters, in particular the classic foie gras, blue cheeses, desserts made with dried fruit, cheesecake, and brûlée cream.
