Winemaking:
Hand-picked in small 20kg boxes, fermented with indigenous yeasts in open French oak barrels. 20% of the fermentation is with whole bunches. Aged: 12 months in used 3rd and 4th year French oak barrels.

Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes:
Wild fruit (strawberries, blackberries, red cherry), some leather, earthy notes. Super fragrant. Forest aroma. Quite complex. Flavors: Red fruit (cherry), with some floral touch, quite dry. Well-integrated tannins. High acidity but very well-balanced. Light touch of toast from the barrel. With excellent aging capacity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with any meat dish (duck), mushroom risotto, and any dish with wild mushrooms.
