Maceration on the skins with fermentation interrupted by the addition of 77% wine spirit. Ageing and ageing in wood, which in the final batch should correspond to an average age of 10 years.

Tasting Notes:
Brilliant golden amber colour. Dried peach, golden raisin, and pear aromas. Medium-bodied with dried fruit, peppery spice, and delicate chalky minerality. Finishes with a drying fade of light tannin, dried fruit and a touch of white pepper.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 18 to 20 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment with time. Pour it carefully, so it does not become cloudy. Should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.

To be served chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts.
