Winemaking:
Wine obtained from skin maceration, fermented at a controlled temperature (18-20ºC), when the must reaches the desired sweetness value, fermentation is interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%), and then aged in oak wood in warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until being bottled.
