Tasting Notes:
Bright, crystalline open gold. Intense bouquet of candied citrus fruits, citrus compote, and exotic spices such as saffron, with notes of dry wood. Dry, very fresh, and citric with a long finish leaving notes of brandy and honey.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, pairs well with caesar salad, spicy protein soups, onion soup.

Contains sulphites.
