Product details

Winemaking:
bottle from the same vineyard, owned by Manuel Eugénio Fernandes. Despite the same origin, two vinifications and two aging processes took place, with the wines aged in very different environments: a) the Barbeito warehouse in Funchal and b) the MEF warehouse located near Seixal beach. A blend of 60% wine from the Barbeito warehouse (lower in acidity, with some residual sugar, and sourced from large demijohns) and 40% wine aged in Seixal, characterized by high acidity and very little residual sugar. It also has a very saline character. In February 2024, 400 units were bottled, all numbered.
