The grapes underwent pre-fermentation maceration without destemming, followed by spontaneous fermentation. Aging for 9 months in used and stainless steel barrels intensifies the aromas and flavours, resulting in a balanced and deep wine.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, straw yellow colour. Restrained, fresh aroma with notes of dried tea leaves. Slight balsamic touch, white flowers and strong citrus fruit. Medium volume, marked by acidity. Lemony, slightly reduced and oxidised.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving temperature of 10 to 12º C.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with pickled dishes, shellfish, fatty fish, white meats and pastas. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice for various gastronomic combinations.
