Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in a lagar (traditional stone trough) with a controlled temperature of 24ºC. 10% Aged for approximately 18 months in used French oak barrels, and then 12 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby-colored wine with aromas of ripe cherry and acorn, resulting from the grape variety and barrel aging. On the palate, it has structure, with balanced acidity and minerality, leading to an elegant and fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature between 17ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Meat dishes, seasoned fish dishes, cheeses, sausages, chocolate desserts.
