Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were vinified with a short cold maceration. They fermented at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for 8 days, with daily delestage and manual pumping over. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. The wine was aged in 50 new barrels for 12 months, followed by a long period in the bottle.
