Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in troncoconic vats at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. Ageing for 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas ranging from fruity to spicy. Tannins present but tamed. Fresh and mineral wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Meat dishes, spicy fish dishes, cheeses, sausages.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
