Product details
The grapes come from the oldest plot with vines that are 100 years old. The harvest date was determined according to the ideal and balanced ripeness of the grapes. The grapes harvested for small boxes are carefully selected by hand. Vinification takes place in granite presses with crushing and foot treading, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Maceration takes about eight days.
