Clear and bright purple colour, good feeling of freshness aromatic, with notes of great complexity that resemble fruit wild of Douro, rock rose and violet tones, balsamic, with rusk notes and chocolate. Structured and dense but very elegant. Well integrated, bulky, with ripe tannins and a velvety end, lush and excellent persistence.

Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest, with optimal ripeness criterion where clusters are carefully selected. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentation maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Vinified with all the care necessary to preserve the typicality and aged 18 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. To preserve the quality of this wine it isn't stabilized by cold, it is a natural product subject to create deposit with age.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
