Product details
The grapes are selected by hand, destemmed and trodden by foot in granite presses where the alcoholic fermentation takes place. Malo-lactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, followed by aging in barrels. The blend of this wine is made by carefully selecting the best barrels. Ageing and bottling: 12 months in new French oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
The wine shows concentration, black fruit and complexity. Good mouthfeel, focused with solid tannins and ageing potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal serving temperature between 17ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat dishes, as well as spicy, aged sheep's cheeses.
