The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. In the cellar, press with cold pre-maceration with stink. 100% stage in neutral barrels for 9 months.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Fresh nose, with notes of oak. Strong flavour with persistent yet balanced tannins. Strong, textured finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Goes well with spicy meats and cheeses.
