Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Aroma of ripe black and red fruits, notes of vanilla and light smoked. Full-bodied in the mouth and with volume, it has a balance between the acidic freshness and the structure of a reserve. It has a persistent aftertaste, highlighting the fruity notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with strong dishes like lamprey or roasted lamb and codfish.
