The harvest took place under ideal atmospheric conditions in the 2nd week of September. The grapes were duly selected, subjected to direct pressing of the whole bunch, and then the fermentation process took place over 20 days. The grapes were aged in stainless steel for 6 months.

Viosinho,Rabigato,Alvarinho
Tasting Notes:
Citrus yellow color. Extremely fragrant, with aromas of white fruit and light orange blossom. In the mouth it is enveloping with extreme freshness on the palate, finishing with minerality.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be stored lying down, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place. This wine should be consumed at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
A wine with great gastronomic potential, with a wide range of pairings for white meats, seafood, shellfish, fish, cheeses, salads, sushi, oriental/exotic cuisine and vegetarian dishes.

Contains sulphites.
