Product details
Grapes are harvested mechanically. After arriving at the winery, the grapes are cooled and macerated on the skins before being pressed, carefully separating the must from the drops. The must from the pressed grapes is cooled to 8-12ºC and decanted. After decanting, fermentation begins under temperature control (15-17ºC). At the end of fermentation, the wine is racked and aged on its fine lees for 4 months.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, citrus-coloured. A complex, harmonious and tasty wine, with a very prominent and striking acidity, the result of the profile of the grape varieties and the region of origin, as well as the granite nature of the soils at an altitude of 550 metres at Quinta do Ôro. The finish is fresh, elegant and crisp. A nose with vibrant notes of citrus fruit, accompanied by aromas of tropical fruit. It is intense and fresh, with elegant floral nuances such as jasmine and lily.
