Product details
The base wine was made by completely destemming the grapes and without skin maceration. It fermented at 16ºC in stainless steel vats. During storage in stainless steel vats, the fine lees were removed for two months. Light fining and fine filtration before tirage. The wine was sparkling using the classic method and aged for 15 months in the bottle on the yeast lees before being made the degorgement.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus yellow colour and bright appearance. Very fine, persistent bubbles, a fresh, floral aroma with faint notes of brioche and yeast. The palate reveals light, complex fruit flavours leaving a delicate, lingering aftertaste with lots of brioche notes in the mouth, resulting in a velvety, well-proportioned and very well-integrated mousse and acidity. Persistent, delicious and very greedy.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 6-8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Aperitif par excellence, but with enormous gastronomic aptitude. Due to its acidity and freshness, it will be excellent with strong dishes such as fatty fish and red meat.
