Tasting Notes:
Pale, with fine, persistent bubbles and golden color. Medium intensity, dried leaves, hazelnut, pine nuts, almonds, baker's yeast, light butter, exotic wood and wet stone. Dry on the palate, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity, delicate, fine bubbles, butter and hazelnut with a long, persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a cold and dark place with constant temperature. Ready to drink now, but will develop well in bottle for 5 to 7 years. Serve at 6°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes wonderfully with smoked salmon, ceviche, oysters and white meats.
