Winemaking:
The fermentation was done in stainless steel vats with temperature control. After the grapes have gone through a slight low pressure pressing. The "first stage" was carried out in stainless steel, followed by a second fermentation already in the bottle for a period of one year. The disgorgement process precedes the release for the market.

Tasting Notes:
Beautiful colour, which shows youth and impresses. The aroma is fresh and aromatic, with fruity and very elegant notes. A sparkling with intensity and character that reveals tasty and delicate on the palate. Has some amazing notes of brioche, giving it a unique profile for a Douro sparkling wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 6-8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent companion of appetizers of salmon, oysters, or just the natural taste at any time.
